Title: Disappointing Take out Experience from Vinoteca, American Dream MallRating: 0My recent take out order from Vinoteca in American Dream Mall was disappointing. Despite placing an order over the phone, the person I spoke with lacked customer service. The Caesar salad had stale croutons, missing chicken that I added as an extra, and the pesto mozzarella flatbread was hard and flavorless. Only the charcuterie box was decent. Won't be ordering again.

Visited American dream mall, passed by this beautiful place and decided to check it out. I was greet by their hostess! Shout out to albert. Great customer service. Definitely coming back here next weekend!
Love the place! Albert the hostess is the sweetest! He made my family and I feel so welcomed. The food and wine is amazing! 100% recommend to everyone!

Had such a nice time here !! First time at American dream mall. Came on a Saturday early afternoon for a quick drink. Service was amazing . Wait staff was super friendly and accommodating , 10 out of 10 . I’ll be back again because the vibes are amazing !! The wine selection was great, I loved the sangria

Small eats, wine by the tap and fill your own glass, and you can also just get some sparkling water. Self-serve drinks and a good place to sample but it is a bit spendy.

Fun spot to try sips of wine in American dream mall. You can purchase a card and sample wines with a swipe of the card. Something different to do when strolling through the mall. We did not have an opportunity to taste the food. Maybe next time.
I really wish they would decrease the price for each pour amount, or keep the price the same, but add an extra ounce to each pour. The wine and experience is a lot of fun, but it adds up so quickly without even getting to enjoy that much volume of wine. Food was ok.

It’s located at the Food Court A level 2.It’s a kitchen and wine barThey offer a variety of Italian items from paninis, charcuterie and salads.Please find Albert and Alanna they were great made me feel as if I was home . From the start they both welcomed me upon arrival.You can pour your own wine and cocktails.It’s a great experience.You will find wine and beer.

My friend and I stopped at Vinoteca for a quick appetizer. Not very hungry we elected to order a salad. Welp, lol this salad was very tiny but delicious. I can honestly say we didn't get what we paid for BUT it was VERY GOOD.

This is are second day in US, Albert,Ana,Donnie,,, lol my dyslexia I thought it was 3 ddd, well the three name sound good together, love Albert so much he advise me to drink a glass of wine that has made my day, Ana welcome us in so beautiful, cheese and meat broad was really nice Donnie was so Focus on her task I hope your boss gives you guys extra holiday …. Beautiful amazing and lovely people
