I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of the manager, Miriam, and certain staff members during a recent visit.
After witnessing a customer legitimate a concern, I observed behavior that I found highly unprofessional, including staff members mocking customers following complaints. This behavior was displayed openly and in the presence of other customers, which is completely unacceptable and undermines basic standards of customer service.
Customers should feel respected and heard when voicing concerns, not ridiculed or dismissed. Allowing such conduct reflects poorly on management and the establishment as a whole.

Alejandro whatever her name is was very inappropriate n disrespectful by not letting me finish my order. Women have become entitled and masculine. Quick fix....next 💯

I always have an issue here. Today was the peak of my patience. They messed up my order 3 times since they only gave part of my meal. The manager (I believe)girl pretending not to hear me until I raised my voice now demanding the rest of my order. I shouldn’t have to ask over 4 times to get something as easy as fries put in my bag. I was respectful until I wasn’t and that’s when they decided to do their job! I worked in fast food multiple times and I’ve never seen this low level of service before. If you’re reading this this I hope you know you’re terrible at your job and I don’t apologize for my rudeness!!!!!!

The food was delicious and the service was great. The atmosphere okay. The staff were polite and highly professional. The place was populated at the time we were there. I guess many love Wendy’s food.

They all have an attitude and my salad came with expired pecans the date of it was July 2024

The people there so mad ? I don't know why some people are employed.
When really need to change costumer services at America Dream because they could lose a lot of customers

The food was great but at this location I got my food 10 seconds after I paid. I didn’t even get my receipt before they came out with my food.
