I love this Wetzel’s Pretzles location because employees are so helpful. The food was delicious it is warm and delicious. The slushy are delicious. I love their boba because it is flavourful and juicy.

Total scam. They intentionally don’t price their products and over charge customers.

Be careful with the check. They charge for things you didn't ask. Ask for the receipt. That happened to me 2 times

THIS WETZEL PRETZEL STORE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!!! I’M SUPPOSED TO BUY MY DAUGHTER A CINABITZ BECAUSE THEY LOVE IT SO MUCH! HOWEVER WHEN IM ABOUT TO PAY THEY CHARGE ME $12+ FOR A CINABITZ! I WAS LIKE, WTH. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE BECUASE ITS A WEEKEND. I ALWAYS BUY CINABITZ IN OTHER STORE FOR ONLY $9 SOMETIMES $7. BUT FOR $12 ON A WEEKEND, NO WAY!!! THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED!!! THIS IS NOT NICE AT ALL!!!! THIS SHOULD BE STOP!!!

Price Scam. Pretzel was good, but I asked how much my total was and the charge on my credit card. The prices or charges weren't listed on check out. It was almost $4 more that what he said the final price was. Unethical business practices. I only wish I read the other reviews.

This place is a scam. They didn’t give us a receipt and charged us 8 dollars more than the cost. The pretzels also made me sick. Scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I didn't know because they didn't give me a receipt, but I found out later that I was charged $23 for 2 pretzels... They didn't give us a receipt. It was charged 8dollars more.

Be careful. The employees overcharge you. I checked how much my order was online after purchasing from this place and my order was $25. I was charged $32. I do not know where the extra $7 came from but all the other reviews about this place overcharging is 100% true. They do not even give the receipt and that is for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE. SCAM!!!!

Warning! This place will overcharge you by adding a sauce you didn’t ask for. They got me the first time, and it happened again on my next visit. When I pointed it out, they initially refused to refund it, but I insisted and finally got one. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially since I came to the mall specifically for this.
