We had such a great time, and while the food was good, it was the service that truly made the experience. Sara was absolutely amazing, so lively, friendly, and attentive. She anticipated our every need and made us feel completely taken care of. I’ve never experienced service quite like that!

The food was basic American, decent but nothing special. The prices seemed high to me for the smaller portion size and remote location. The staff was very robotic, several times they asked questions to the table only to walk away in the middle of the answer. The place is extremely loud, which is part of the brand, but you might not know if you don't check out the website.

Atmosphere is always great at any Yard House. This one in particular since you have a view of the indoor ski slope. That’s where the stars end. No beverage refill entire meal (basics of service at a restaurant), except for my friend’s who was actually drinking beer. Food was put in incorrectly so the correct order had to be placed after food arrived. No service recovery no “oops my bad” just went on about the day. Worst part is the trainer who was training the person didn’t even speak or blink when things weren’t correct. Well we know how the future service will be. Maybe I hit them on a bad day.

Very cool place that overlooks the indoor skiing. Food was pretty good. Service was excellent. Good atmosphere. Prices slightly on the higher end but a great option when at American Dream.

Good place to grab a beer. Ordered the buffalo wings. No option to pick heat level. And mine were too hot. Also breaded which I do not like. Sat at the bar. People next to me orders burgers. And said were OK. I noticed the bacon and it was fatty and no signs of being crispy bacon. Maybe other food items are better.

Food was a mixed bag. Chicken, Tuna and Burger were good/very good, Ranch Chicken Pizza wasn’t - drenched in Tabasco Sauce, probably your Ranch Sauce. Not even a quarter eaten, waiter not interested.
The real downer was the volume of music, at club level and killing any conversation. We were happy when the experience was over.

I’ve been to a few different Yard House locations but this one tops them all. Our server Jojo was so nice and she was extremely attentive. She had someone with her in training (Moe) and he was great!
The food is awesome. I’m a big fan of the Kurobuta Pork Burger and the cheese curds. The honey hot sauce it comes with is phenomenal and I wish they would sell it by the bottle. They also have a crazy amount of beer options.
If you happen to be at the American Dream Mall (or anywhere else) and you pass by a Yard House, just grab a bite to eat - it’ll be worth it!
