A unique and fun dining experience..great beers
I wish I could give negative stars. I booked a private room in September for an event in May at Americana. We signed a contract, I was shown the PRIVATE room for the party, and paid the required deposit.
About a month and half before the event I stopped by to confirm the room and the details. I was shown an ALTERED contract that no longer promised a private space and was gaslighted into thinking that I was never promised a private room. American tried to tell me that my booking was for a few booths in the restaurant.
Unfortunately for the manager and the establishment, I printed a copy of the contract after our initial meeting in September. My copy clearly stated the original agreement for the private room I put the deposit on. When I presented it to the manager she almost immediately offered a refund.
Seems to me that Americana overbooked or found a more profitable party for the space that was originally contracted with me.
Athena who I booked a party with didn’t even come out to apologize to us. Melanie seems very unprofessional with disrespectful smirk on her face.
Stay away, the headache and haste is not worth it!
A good looking restaurant with a total lack of professionalism. 8 months ago we booked a private room for a family event. We paid the required deposit and selected the menu. Everything was signed and printed. A month before our event, we found out that the private room we booked was not for us. The person who handles reservations, etc. made no effort to resolve or correct an error on the part of the restaurant. We were offered an option that looked like from dinner place. It was presented to us with great disregard and at the same time discrimination. I absolutely do not recommend this place to people for family occasions. Melanie's disrespectful behavior is categorically unacceptable. Americana shame on you. I leave a negative and truthful opinion here against any defense from Americana as a warning to potential customers.

It has a nice atmosphere with friendly and quick service, but I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that was as dead as this was on a Saturday night. Portion size is what it should be and pricing is a bit on the higher end. For $21 you can get a mediocre tasting Burger that’s a tad bit larger than a slider and 8-10 under cooked large fries. It was hard to tell but either, they make their own ketchup or it’s Hunts. I don’t mind spending the money if the food tastes great but that’s not the case with this establishment. It’s not worth the money. Family members were as disappointed as I was. I most likely wont be visiting again.

Was seated very fast waitress took drink order right away. This is when it went down hill. Drinks arrived then 20 min before she came back to take the order. Yes she apologized. Took the order the wife asked for crispy fries waitress typed into the little pad and then like another 20 minutes here comes the food at. At this point we were pretty hungry so we ate the soggy fries. I was shaking on to show the waitress the manager comes running over and said what are you doing I told him I was showing the waitress how soggy they were not crispy at all. He said to me well they are not really French fries they are more like roasted potatoes. Then put that on the menu and as the waitress explain this when someone asks for crispy fries. I probably wouldn't of written this review but the way the manager and the tone of his voice and attitude here it is.

Waited forever to order. Take across from us had been there over an hour and had not gotten their food while 4 tables at after were passing their bill. Wasn't impressed with the food for the price.

One of my rib appetizers had no meat on it. Both my husband and I thought they were a little dried out. The chicken wings were tender and good. service was very friendly.

This is a very expensive place. If you're into fancy then this is for you.
The food here is just ugh.
Ancient grains salad doesn’t come with lettuce. Goat cheese poppers aren’t jalapeño poppers , and the under-seasoned hamburger comes with overseas french fries
BUT forgetting about that.
Clean , friendly accessible great vibes.
AND then there’s the Bathroom !
The sink has hot water & blows out serious air ! an the door has a foot pedal “Genius”
Wine and tapas Wednesday . Jazz brunch on Sundays ! You’ll find me here.

Horrible experience on St. Patrick’s day for my mother’s birthday. Came in for lunch around 3pm with only about 10 people in the entire place. It took over 40 mins 1 entree out of 3 to come out. We waited an additional 30 minutes before asking where were the other 2 entrees. During this time the waiter when out on his break without letting us know there was a mix up in the kitchen. We flagged down another waitstaff to find out what happened. When the food eventually came out it was dry and overcooked. I would never come back here again. The communication was horrible and the food was subpar.

This place seriously needs to improve for those with dietary restrictions. I specifically asked for a dairy-free meal, and the waitress brought me something with cream, which is dairy. When I pointed it out, the manager seemed clueless and couldn’t guide me to any dairy-free options. After I simplified my request to pasta with regular sauce and shrimp, they brought me plain, dry pasta with shrimp. No sauce, no confirmation, nothing. Staff training and clear dairy-free menu options are badly needed here.

Food was so tasty and some options quite unique! I've never had salmon with dal before this night, and I loved it. The ruben and risotto were also loved by my companions.
The only faults were the service itself and the music. The waiters seemed like they didn't want to be there, and ours took so long checking on us, our meals were done before he asked if we wanted another drink. That would have been nice 15 minutes ago, pal! And while the dj was playing spot-on grooves, it was at a volume so loud, we had to yell across the table at each other and lean in to be able to have a conversation.
A few tweaks, and this would be an incredible spot to visit time and time again.

I Glorify Americana, But Tonight Feb 14 Was Not It. If Not For The Great Service My Experiences Would Have Been 2 Star. Thank You Server Shae M. I Love You Americana But It Was A Fail For Me, From Under Cooked Pasta, To A Bad Chicken Combination. I Ate Because I Was Hungry.. And For The Finale.. The Promoted Dessert That Had Me Anticipated To Try Had Ran Out Right Before We Finished Our Entree. They Were Still Nice To Offer Us Dessert From Their Daily Menu But Honestly The Experience Was Already Ruined. So, I Choose And Asked To Take It To Go..

Let me just start with, I really wanted to Love it... I have been wanting to come here for a while now and was happy that I convinced my family to come and try a new place. Sadly we picked a Sunday without realizing it was a pre set Sunday brunch option only. What can I say, while the ambiance is nice, and the dishes were pretty, the food wasn't worth what we paid for it. And it's not so much about the cost itself as it is about the limited options. We would have loved to finish the meal with pancakes instead of preset desert that was OK. Anyhow, we left mildly unsatisfied with the brunch experience.
