When we ordered 6 lb goat leg, it only came out to 4.2 not sure how come 1.8 lb of fat is taken out, looks to be day light robbery

Gave stale food & when complained to the clerk he just went in the kitchen & heat up the kababs . Very poor customer service & kababs which were kept refrigerated & given to us after heating
