Why this place so hyped I don't know. We sat down they gave us menus but then asked us to stand up to go to counter at the back to order food. OK fine, so you are a take out/mall place where we can eat at your tables. But then you expect to receive tips for other services? MAKE YOUR SERVICE EXPECTATIONS CLEAR! If full dine in service, then don't be lazy and come to table and take customers orders! The food is average, why the hype? The soup not hot enough and I've had better flavors in nyc every day at better prices. The place ambience is near zero by put everything up and see what sticks. No authenticity feel, no modern feel, felt like some neighborhood take out Chinese place.

The smoothie is terrible, paid almost $8 ($7 plus taxes) for a banana smoothie, it was just so liquidish and bland. One banana and some milk plus a few ice cubes costed me $8 and it tasted bland and watery, my kids hated it and we just left the whole cup there. Maybe use more bananas and more ice next time? Banana costs 50 cents each, and smoothies really need more ice!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a tofu Bahn mi and it was delicious! I especially appreciated that the tofu was marinated, so it had good flavor. Good option for vegetarians. Service was friendly too.

Great taste on their food just don’t like need to pay first feel like a fast food restaurant. I saw the post on the window said order online get 10%off first order. Also pay cash or credit same price this is a plus for all the credit card lovers.

We went for lunch for the first time and it was one of the best meals we've had out in a while. We got the BBQ Pork Banh Mi and the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. Both were delicious. The banh mi was nice and refreshing on such a hot day because of the cucumber and carrots and the BBQ pork had a great flavor. The soup broth was incredible and would make amazing comfort food even on its own. We are already looking forward to going back again soon.
I'd like to add that the prices were super reasonable for the portions we received! Definitely a great value.

Delicious pho!!
EDIT: Changing to 4-start because owner has responded. Will visit and provide my review shortly. However 1-star seems unreasonable for receptive management. So will try it out.
Original review:
Almost negligible vegetarian options in a heavily Indian area. First rule of business is know your customer. Sorry, not interested.
The employees are sooo friendly! She came to our table and asked if we wanted a spicier sauce for our food and brought it to us. The food came out quickly and it was very tasty. The banh mi was my favorite but the pho was on another level!!! I highly recommend coming here.
