We came back on a Sunday afternoon and the Pho is phenomenal and flavorful as I remembered. The broth is light and no MSG so my daughter sipped up all the broth! I would say this is the best Pho place in NJ! The place is well maintained. If you love Pork, try their R3-Pork Chop Combo and BBQ Pork Banh Mi. Bread is toasted and crispy but airy inside. The restaurant is about 10’ drive from BAPS Temple. Great food always! Love it there and will come back again soon!

If you are looking for a Vietnamese authentic pho noodle soup, Baguette Bistro is the right place to go. My family tried a Vegetarian noodle soup N5, a Super Combo Noodle soup with extra brisket, Rice with Pork chop and all are delicious. The place is always crowded at lunch time but their service is excellent, meals come out less than 15 minutes. The staff is friendly we were so happy to leave a great tip for them :). I will try the Vermicelli with Garlic Shrimp next time!

Family owned. Yummy food. Yummy boba. Best in town. Friendly staff. What else can you ask for? I would give ten stars if I could, but Google won’t let me. Five stars.

Stopped for lunch when driving from NYC to Baltimore. It was quick and delicious—best “rest stop” I ever made. I had beef rib pho with rare beef slices and my family had sandwiches. The broth for the pho was rich and delicious. The beef was fall off the bone tender with the perfect balance of meat-fat-cartilage.

Had a delicious meal A1 Spring rolls, S1 traditional sandwich, N9 beef rib pho with rare beef. Spacious, clean restaurant with enjoyable Vietnamese music. Self serve water. Easy parking in the strip mall (look for ShopRite sign). Recommend.

They are good at cooking, but they treats customers recklessly. I ordered beef rice noodles, but they used noodles are so bad, they use blown noodles. The employee is also rude.

This is a self-service restaurant, order at the counter, pour yourself a cup of iced water, put the order number on your table. They will bring the food to your table, and they will clean up after you. Tip is optional and appreciate it. Food were good, staffs were friendly. Comfortable dining area. We like it.
