There is nothing worse than bad customer service! I went into Brooklyn Bagels and Deli in the Twin Rivers Shopping Center, where they know me by name... I ordered a dozen bagels and they wouldn't honor my HHS Discount card because it was a holiday - if a non-Jewish person used their card today would they honor it? Guess it's time for a new bagel place... why are business owners so stupid... Don't they know a small gesture goes a long way in keeping a customer for life :/
