Went in the east Windsor location on the 15th and there was no line. I walked up to the counter and a staff person walks right on by ok, so then a young man sauntered up with a puzzled look on his face and says hi. Not may I help you, what would you like. So I ask you ok man? Received another puzzled look and then left! This place is a joke and I’ll never go there again, thank goodness we are getting other options locally.

Don't know what changed but Chips I got were extremely salty and the bowls I got were spicy. Never had these issues before

To make this simple, this place needs 2 main improvements:

1- managing people and prioritizing servicing customers on line.
2-cooked rice —undercooked

Everything about this location is awful. You'd be saving more money if you just went to the one in Hamilton. They are EXTREMELY stingy with their food. I remeber when Chipotle lines would be out the door and employees would pack those bowls till they overflow. However, this location is stingy ash! I understand that things are more expensive however, they are putting less food in their bowls and are not getting any cheaper. I asked for extra guacamole and the lady litteraly put a pea size amount extra and charged me for it. This is so disappointing but I would rather go to the location in Hamilton becuase at least they give me EXTRA food when I ask for it. I will never come back here again and most definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Great clean location! Friendly, cheerful professional staff, the whole team, Also noticed the manager or the supervisor for that shift/day was very supportive to her team and providing great service to the store customers at the same time!

Charged me for extra cheese lol, never been charged for extra cheese In a bowl before. Mind you, worker put a fingerful of cheese on the bowl… felt like I was watching a TikTok meme video about chipotle

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE for pick up/drive thru at this location. They give the worst portions and only some gravy(instead of the protien). PLEASE ORDER IN PERSON at this location, for GOOD portions and decent food.
