We came in at 8:30pm and got two ice creams. There were no people in the store, besides us and the two employees. While we were there, they were trash-talking a new hire very loudly, which made us uncomfortable. We even left a tip on the purchase, since it seemed like a slow night. They took fifteen minutes to make our ice cream because they would not stop talking to eachother, and then they somehow switched our order with an online order even though they made the order right then for us and they were not busy at all. I do not recommend going to this location and I will not be coming back.

Bad management, no care for customers. Rude owner Mr. Nirav Gandhi. They couldn't locate my order, and instead of offering alternatives, he quickly refunded the money and made me pay more for 2 smaller cakes. The staff was courteous and felt bad for the mess-up, but the owner was unapologetic and rude.

Place closes at 8:45, got here at 8:20, worker literally closed the door as she sees people walking up. Incredibly rude, saw us walking up and LOCKED the door. Wouldn’t go back on my life.

Let me first state that Coldstone is my favorite ice cream store and I have been buying ice cream at this location (and other locations) since the chain came to our area. I've always enjoyed great customer service and never made a complaint about any products at ANY location...until now. This weekend, I ordered the Chocolate Devotion with Silk Almond Milk icecream from the East Windsor location, Saturday evening. When I took my first bite, the chocolate chips were so hard and old, I nearly cracked my tooth! Since this is my usual order at Coldstone, I knew this wasn't the usual way it tasted.I went back inside the store and stood in line for 15 minutes to ask if they could replace it with a different order because the chips were stale. The young lady behind the counter said,''We haven't had anyone else complain. That's just how we make it. We can't make you another order.'' When I asked to speak to a manager, she said,''There is no manager here. Do you want me to call the corporate office? You'll be waiting a long time.'' I repeated that I would just like something different, not a refund. She shrugged her shoulders and said,''Well, I don't know what you want me to do. We don't really do that here.'' Rather than make a scene, I informed her I would be making a complaint and she once again shrugged and said,''Okay.'' As I stated previously, my family loves Coldstone. With so many locations closing, I would assume the remaining stores hope to stay in business. Serving stale food and having a cavalier attitude about it is a sure way to lose customers. On top of that, the place looks beat up and dirty inside. There were brown spots on the walls and trash everywhere. The spoon and napkin dispensers were also empty. They just don't care anymore and it shows.

Ordered a cake for delivery thru their website which was sent via DoorDash (this was not disclosed until it was time for delivery). DoorDash delivery guy stole my order. I call DoorDash and they said the store should refund you. When I called the store there was an Indian lady in the background being so rude saying it wasn’t cold stones fault and that I should not get the refund since the status said delivered. She was being so rude! The cake was also expensive. You need to improve in your customer service and fire that old Indian lady. It’s been a week and the manager still hasn’t called me.
