Horrendous experience. Poor service, horrible customer service. S/b Zero stars.I Placed an online order for 3 items + condiments. Store called to tell me they didn’t have 2 of the 3 items ordered. I told them to cancel those items and the condiments and We would pick up just the one item they did have, which cost $7.99. When my husband picked up the order they substituted something in place of the items they didn’t have (without telling him) and charged him $27.99, the full amount of the original order, plus a tip. When he got home and realized what they did, we called to complain. They argued with me about how much they actually charged, and hung up on me 3 times. We had to make another trip to the store to return the food and get our money back. Fortunately we had our own receipt because we charged the order instead of paying cash. Avoid this business.

I had a very horrible experience with the Domino’s Pizza in East Windsor, NJ. I had ordered two medium pizzas worth $45 for delivery. Domino’s took more than one hour to deliver the pizzas which turned out to be a wrong order. I received an email from them which states that they are sorry for the wrong order and willing to send to free medium pizzas. I called the store and talked to a couple of different managers Hose, Alex, and a few others whose names I can’t remember. When I talked to them regarding the issue I had faced, they said that they are busy right now and will call me in an hour. They never called me back. I called them again after an hour and they hung up on me. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

This girl literally just hung up on me mid sentence!!!!!!!!!! I literally was asking where’s my order since it says complete and she said the driver has more stops and I asked a question mid question just hangs up on me. This happens all the time with this girl. The manger needs to fire her. Idk who it is buts it’s 7/25 at 7:56pm

It’s a shame their service only gets worse and worse. I had been ordering from here for two years now, on Wednesday I placed an order at around 3pm and they cancelled it. No harm no foul. Today I placed another order at 1:41pm and was promised a delivery time of 15-25minutes, and I waited about 90minutes to receive the order. Cinnamon twists were white and soaking wet while the pizza was cold, with a very hard/dusty crust, I took a bite off a slide and had to spit it out. Tasted like it wasn't even fully cooked. I called the store and who answered the phone offered a refund as the only decent act in this transaction. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE QUALITY OF SERVICE YOU ARE EXPECTED TO, STOP TAKING ORDERS!!!

Don’t waste your money and time with this store! If you love the taste of dominos and want to order, make sure you don’t order from this store! Rude! Unprofessional! And you will never get your order on-time or even without a fight after a long wait!I have had bad experiences with them before, they called apologies offered a free pizza! But still all the same issues! This time they can keep their free pizza, I am not going to order from this store every again!!!

Depend on when you go to get good service..i recommend online ordering it's quicker..2 years later a driver now i guess is a manager or shift runner...but how are you playing with a dough ball and playing catch with another employee...first of all only one or 2 people should be dealing with the dough ..not the front register person.. yea.. im done here ... i ran a pizza place competition the this place.. i never played with people food..bye bye..so people be aware... No it's been 4 years later give him a try same miss you though is gummy which means they don't pull out the dough in time The proof to cooks the temperature and they cook everything they want to the way they want or feel like it so you didn't gummy dough which is not good for your stomach and digestive system I got the same kind of dope today 4 years later and it's been a reoccurring issue now they have new staff new employees new managers and everything else so it seems like they don't care and it's the same issue all the time so just be aware

I am sick of paying 45.00 or more for a 14 inch extra pepperoni and onion pizza and 8 wings to not get my ordered food. The manager on duty wants to offer a pathetic 5.00 off my order (which doesn't even cover the delivery fee let alone the 15percent I tipped the driver). Manager how about bring me what I ordered or come get what I didn't order. I am sick of all the excuses it's called failure.called failure

I didn't order from this place and I never will. I was in the parking lot driving past the Domino's Pizza toward the WAWA. As I was looking for a spot to my left to turn into in front of the WAWA, a Domino's male employees was driving from the other direction and ended up blocking the spot. I was waiting for him to pass, but I suppose he was waiting for me to pass too. I looked at him and he actually gave me a nasty look, put his hand up and shook his head at me. I get out of my car and as I'm about to go into the WAWA with my daughter, I see the same guy about to walk into the Dominos. He looked right at me so I put my hands out as to say what's your problem and he yells "ooooh you're so scary, I'm so scared of you!" I felt so disrespected in front of my daughter. I wasn't trying to be scary, there is nothing scary about me. I decided to walk into the Domino's pizza to potentially talk to a manager about what this man just said to me, but instead the same guy walks out and continues to be rude to me in front of his two co-workers who just stood there and watched him like it was all a joke. The guy didn't even care if I talked to his manager. He basically said he didn't care. I thought to myself that he probably didn't care because he doesn't think that his manager would enforce any consequences. It all felt pointless so quickly. I let it go and walked out.
