The gentleman at the drive thru today had an attitude over a senior discount. He acts like the money is coming out of his pocket.

Food is ALWAYS wrong, coffee is never fresh. This establishment also did not put the lid on a cup fully in 2025 and the coffee spilled all over my wrist. That caused me to go to urgent care and recieve interventions. When I contacted the franchise owner, I was offered A GIFT CARD for $100. My urgent care bill was $150. Go anywhere else. This place, the one in hightstown near Krauserz, and the one in shoprite are all owned by the same entity and are absolute trash.

This location has the worst service. They help drive thru customers before customers in the store so the line doesn't look long. I recently asked why my food was taking so long and the employee rudely told me because only 2 people were working so I complained and he told me to get the hell out

I went all the way here, made it home and realized I left without my coffee. They remade it for me. Side note, they never ever toast the bagels and put like no cream cheese, but that's a general phenomenon around here. I came from North Jersey (North Central Jersey) where there's more cream cheese than bagel when you get a bagel, so maybe south jersey (South Central) is not as good with bagels, idk.

I came to this Dunkin’ as a DoorDash delivery driver today around 11am, to pick up an order that included four drinks. There were no straws in the bag, so I grabbed a handful (seven total) from the self-serve counter — which I often do since it’s common for customers to need extras.

A young Hispanic worker told me I could only take two. I smiled and said it was fine, keeping what I had already grabbed. She then told her coworker in Spanish that I was taking extra straws, and the second employee came over to confront me in a much more aggressive tone, demanding to know how many I had. When I replied, “enough,” she said she was going to call the police, over a few straws that aren’t even for sale.

It was completely uncalled for and felt discriminatory. As a black woman, I should not be threatened with the police over something so petty. It’s even more disappointing that one minority would weaponize that against another. These employees clearly need better customer service and diversity training — or actually, new jobs.

Avoid this location at all costs.

I been going to this DD ever since 2022. It used to soooo good. I dont know what happened but this DD is awful now. My coffee literally tastes like milk only. I keep thinking they will get better but nothing seems to change. Please train your workers properly. I could have made coffee better at home than what they gave me. Horrible!!!
PS: i had to throw out the latte because it tasted soo bad and wasted my money

Worst experience ever. I ordered 3 coffee one 2 ice coffee and one frozen coffee. They took like 15 minutes to get it done. And this one guy kept asking us. What did u guys order again. I literally explained it like 3 times. And he give us the drink all rushed. Really disappointed on the service even when there was like 6 people working

The food here is prepared in a crude and unrefined manner; a street food vendor would do a better job.

First time I tried coming here (9/26/25) through a drive through. Ordered 3 chicken wrap, to my surprise, they just throw it in unwrapped in a paper bag, and the cheese were leaking everywhere inside the bag. They also forgot to include a straw for my drink and any napkins.

The crew and manager in this franchise is not doing their their job right and should be fired. Dunkin's management should inspect this franchise, as its quality standards are clearly not being met.

very poor service when they are busy, they charge full amount but service is zero, in busy time they don’t cook anything .

Along with the one on Monmouth Cty Road this location also does not adhere to posted hours. I visited here around 440am and the store was lit up with signs saying open (even claiming the drive thru was open though it doesnt officially state until 5am). I tried to walk in and was told they were still closed. Seems to be a theme for Dunkins in the area that they don't follow posted (even advertised) hours.
