They really should employ more than two people at the Dunkin Donuts in East Windsor. This is the second time I “walked” into the store to buy 8 bags of coffee, and waited an extremely long time because the employees were serving only drive-up orders. I ended up complaining. The only 2 people who were working there were simply waiting on drive-thru window orders. They ignored the people waiting to place an order who were actually “in” the store. I am not going back there again. The people behind me got disgusted and left. The people “inside” the store are customers also. I am not blaming the 2 people who were taking orders “only” from drive-up orders. This is ridiculous. Dunkin Donuts drives customers away. It’s obvious to me that they want to shut down.

The afternoon male employee in two different days,missed the Splenda in my latte and also when asked why the lattelook too milky,he added the syrup coffee for frozen coffee. Never again I would by coffee if he's the employee at this DD.

This DD is inside the Shoprite and has no tables, so it's a get and go place. I read alot of bad reviews, but I'd say this is an average DD, I prefer WAWA for coffee, but DD donuts are better (for the most part).

Staff is very impatient and unprofessional to be honest. I ordered a latte today and they gave me iced coffee when I tried to tell them about it, the employee stated that my drink “ was a latte! ” and proceeded to show some attitude. I took the incorrect drink only because I saw no need to proceed with these individuals and I thought to myself hey it’s only 3 dollars and they will never have my business again. Lastly this is not my first time having an experience like this. This would be the third time. I will not name the employees because I don’t want anything to happen to them but this is messed up and they need to change. This is just one persons comment but come on man this is my drink, and it was early in the morning as well and to know that these are the individuals that are handling what I put into my body is something else. Thank you

It was 7:20pm, we were going to order 2 drinks. The sign says the dunkin' is open until 9pm. It was 05/23/21. The lady said she was cleaning up and they're closing. The sign should be updated to reflect the new hours if they were closing earlier.

The reviews are accurate. Bad food, staff pathetic. Ask them for donuts and they dump it in a bag as if theyre handling bagels. By the time you r home you wouldn't want to touch them. Food s not fresh either. Just go elsewhere. Waste of money and time. Not going back, ever.
