The place is clean, ingredients are fresh and the workers are very pleasant. At least the ones I’ve encountered. My only critique will be that they need to train their worker on food handling safety. Twice I’ve been where they are making my sandwich and they touch and answer phones with the gloves on and come back to finish my sandwich with same gloves. A cell phone carries so much bacteria and contaminants. This is not okay.

This shop is usually ran well, with some nice people but one employee on register is very rude. On April 26 at around 1pm I ordered through the app and got there 20 mins after my order was ready it wasn’t there other people were waiting for orders. I waited 10 mins they all left. New orders that weren’t mine came up. I asked about my order, employee on register asked around about it, then without saying anything to me continued ringing other people up, after ringing two people up without any update on my order I asked him about it again. He looked for order and said somebody must have picked it up and why did I come to pick it up so late, actually trying to shift blame on me for somebody walking out with my order. This is extremely unacceptable. He was unprofessional and rude about it as well. I will try Jersey Mike’s in east windsor once more. This is the second time this same employee was rude about an order of mine.If I have an issue like this again there will be a problem.

The interior really tells you that they stay loyal to their origins in Point Pleasant. I grew up going to the original, and I'll be honest, this one is the closest youll get without going to the original. Super good!

I am not sure what has happened with this shop. The last 2 times we ordered we did so thru the app, so the order was plainly spelled out. Both times we asked for the sandwiches to be made using the rosemary parmesan bread. Both times regular rolls were used. No big deal, but if an order is placed with specific requests, it should be honored. I will give this shop one more try. If they can't get it right, I 'm moving on from the East Windsor location.
This location's staff is top notch. We order here at least once a week and its always a great meal!

The guy was all over the place , twice rude and disrespectful…. Not sure if he was sober I left a tip hoping to show I get we all have our days but man doubled down when my food was ready to come hurry over, didn’t take it personally as he was yelling at all customers telling them to move here and there. All the other staff is amazing just my honest feed back. I hope he gets a mystery customer and it’s reported
