Wanted a chicken sandwich from the drive-through, got a chicken sandwich from the drive-through. No fuss, no muss. Sandwich was pretty good though kind of cold by the time I got to my destination, about 15 minutes.
My order wasn't ready, but the folks behind the window were so nice and kept apologizing. Food was hot and order was correct. Online ordering systems aren't always good!? But happy customer, because of the people!!!
The food is ok but this place is horrible on delivery management. I have order UberEats a few times and every time it involves lots of frustration on my side and on the drivers side. THEY ARE HURTING ALL THOSE DRIVERS. They have some system to automatically accept UberEats orders (and cancel all if they’re closed, even if the order is scheduled for a later time.) And they won’t pack your food until the delivery driver has arrived. And the worst case, they won’t check what...
