So disappointed that they switched to par baked bread. I used to love going and getting the tomato basil loaves, and eating the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Now that they switched to pre baked, frozen bread, it tastes like absolute garbage. I can't even begin to tolerate the low quality food they are serving now. It's a huge shame. They're bread was a huge staple of my diet. Looks like I have to learn how to bake myself now.

Sadly, this Panera has gone downhill. Over the past two weeks, I’ve visited twice, and both times were disappointing. Seems like something changed, possibly new management or new staff but the place is no longer clean. Tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care. The food tasted off, like it had been sitting out too long, and I ended up with stomach issues all day after my visit yesterday. I won’t be going back until they get things under control. Something has definitely shifted, and not for the better.

Staff with the exception of a few are absolutely amazing. Edwin Figueroa is amazing and super friendly. My issue is a lot of the customers and a few of the management staff. They're extremely prejudiced, stereotypical and rather rude to those of the minority population. We're not there to be you servants or at your beck and call. I'm a disabled Asian American Pacific islander. Myself and quite a few of the employees and customers have been treated very poorly because of the culture instilled by upper management... Very Starbucks-esque.

Dietary restrictions: We’re lactose intolerant and ordered a dish which had cheese by mistake. They remade the order for us. Outstanding and kind. We really appreciate that.
