Shout out to Ariel- she was extremely friendly and greeted the guests with a smile! She made a delicious drink called the honey bee (cold)! Awesome service and my chai latte was perfect. You can tell she is a hardworker and loves her job.

It seems like this Starbucks is the only one in the area, or at least it feels that way. It's always bustling and seems perpetually understaffed. However, they consistently craft really good drinks, so I can't complain about that.

I Have never seen a drink made with such perfection. Leul paid attention to every detail and didn't skip a step! Our Carmel ribbon crunch drinks were amazing ! Made our whole day! It's the little things!

SSSUUUPPPEEERRR slow service, but the food is good. Not sure why they only have 1 person making drinks when there are at least 3-4 behind the counter. If you are in a rush definitely don't come here.

Every single time I go here there are about 5 teenagers standing around chit chatting. It's takes an outrageous amount of time for an order to be done. They never fail to get a simple coffee order wrong. There are flies everywhere.
I ordered a caramel macchiato the guy who took my order wrote everything that I asked for on the cup. When I got my drink, it was not what I ordered I asked for a camel macchiato with no foam, an extra caramel drizzle and an extra shot. I got a caramel macchiato with what seems to be no caramel, no extra caramel and it had foam the skinny blonde kid couldn’t even look at the cup to read it and make the drink, right please do better, and I don’t wanna hear “it was busy” because there was only about 4-5 people waiting, I’ve worked a Dunkin and I had lines out the door with 20 plus people and I still got peoples drinks right.

I love how the espresso here is so smooth! My all time favorite must be a venti iced white mocha. People say that the iced shaken espresso drink is one of the riskiest beverages you can order at SB but all the baristas here at this location always make it so well! Beautiful layered and amazing drink! Fast and friendly staff with good tastes in music as well :)

I feel terrible not getting her name but today I went in to grab a coffee after shopping early in the morning and there was a decent line with only one barista. She never broke her smile, she kept her energy up, was very apologetic about the wait (not her fault, she was alone!) and she was just overall amazing. She made my morning!

Unfortunately have to agree with several other reviews here. Very slow service, no order ahead and no way of knowing if they've run out of something. I stood in line for 20 minutes only to find out they didn't have the most basics like chai latte, regular coffee (!?), Java chip :( .. this wasn't the first time either. No other Starbucks in the neighborhood.
