This the worst taco bell I have encountered. Food is not made to order, majority of my orders had issues, worst customer service this place has.

This Taco Bell is usually fast and reliable. The drive-through moves quickly, and the daytime managers are always respectful and helpful. My only issue is with the night shift, especially the night manager, Javier. I order vegetarian for religious reasons, and a few times my order has come with beef even after I double-check and ask, “It’s beans, right?”

The food is mediocre (it's Taco Bell) but the service is awful! We ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app and it was supposed to be fulfilled through Door Dash. The dasher never showed up so I contacted the restaurant, only to be laughed at by the general manager who said they already handed it off so it wasn't their problem. When I contacted Door Dash they said they couldn't refund me because we ordered and paid through the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and they continued to say it wasn't their problem so my husband went in and they remade the order (wrong and missing items). The same manager was extremely rude, laughing and saying he guessed the dasher just ate our food. I contacted Taco Bell corporate but I definitely won't be ordering from this location again anytime soon.

Very upset with service today. Placed an order for delivery, and was given a time for delivery... Then when we called, they hung up on us. After the order was seemingly cancelled on their app, they argued with us that it was delivered. I know that they use Doordash for delivery, but neither Doordash nor Taco Bell wanted to own up to the issue... So instead, we have no food, a missing order that hasn't been delivered or refunded, and a hungry family. Not cool, TB. We used to be bros. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY THROUGH THE APP.
