I like the new renovations — the place looks snazzy, clean, and it’s great to see clear separation between mobile orders and in-person ones.
I’ll admit, I ordered more than one person probably should — but ever since moving to New Jersey, I haven’t had a Wendy’s nearby and had been craving it. I got the $7 burger deal (Dave’s Single and Original Chicken Sandwich), plus a Frosty and loaded fries. The food was delivered fresh, hot, and tasted great.
My one pet peeve is with the loaded fries. I always request no salt, but 95% of the time the kitchen is so backed up that they still come out salty. Considering how salty the loaded fries are to begin with, it really adds up — enough to raise some health concerns. A small fries is 420 mg (18% of DV/Daily Value) sodium and loaded fries jump it up to a 1000 mg (43% of DV) enough to spike someone's blood pressure. I’d suggest Wendy's corporate either put a process in place to handle special requests properly, reduce the overall salt formulation or let customers know if they can’t accommodate them. Either way, some clarity would go a long way.

I used to come here all the time and it was acceptable. After the renovations, everything got messed up. Their system for the mobile orders os absolutely terrible. Why do I have to pull the side for a biggie bag? I walked in and ordered a soda and a frosty and 10 minutes later have not gotten it. The employees look clueless at to what food goes to which order. Either bad management, or bad employees. Either way, somethings gotta go.

Ordered at drive through ,single burger combo,no mayo , no ketchup and a taco salad, I should have looked ,asked is this everything? Was told yes. Got home burger had ketchup and mayo on it, had the chili for on top of the salad but no salad. Dropped the ball on everything pissed off threw everything in the garbage n will never go back to the East Windsor Wendy’s again.

Went into the tiny new location at East Windsor. The music was blasting and 2 employees were on their phones at full volume in the tiny dining area. What a disgraceful representation of the brand.

I thought renovations would improve it man. Usually I don’t write reviews for fast food but this place is not it. I tried like 10 times now thinking they’ll improve immediately but no. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and they gave me patty and drop of mayo. It was the driest sandwich I ever ate in my life. I also feel like they don’t change their oil because fries and nuggets taste so off. It tastes like it was made 5 days ago or pre made.Definitely do not recommend go to other Wendy’s lol. Probably worst fast food restaurant in east windsor in my opinion
