I love Wendy's but this location is terrible. Frequently mess my meals up. The older gentleman at the pay window cant work the app to the point where sometimes they just give me the food I should have been rewarded making the app kinda useless. Just wish the employees got it together. Since being in Windsor it's been something wrong almost every experience.

Went to drive through around 12am last night. Terrible service. The gentleman at the window taking the order kept cutting me off when I would speak and sounded extremely irritated when I was making a simple order. My spicy chicken sandwich came with no lettuce on it, and they had no ranch sauce.

They don't want to fill up the containers any longer. Last time I was there, I ordered a large frosty. The large is now smaller than it used to be but then ON TOP OF THAT they don't fill it to the top. Today I ordered a large chili. Again, not filled to the top. I guess they think we won't notice the shrinking servings, but I DO. I no longer want to purchase from eating establishments who keep making their portions smaller and smaller. I NOTICE!

Went here all the time when I lived in the area and I was in the area today so I decided to pay a visit.Ordered a pretzel baconator and it was almost $10 for just the sandwich, not even a combo. Then when I got it, it was warm on one side and cold on the other side. Furthermore, it just tasted like it had been sitting around all day and they microwaved it - which would explain the uneven heating. Normally, I really like Wendy’s baconator sandwiches but this one clearly tasted off.I also ordered a vanilla frosty which I had not gotten in a while (seems like they were off the menu for a bit) and it tasted like watered down sugar-free melted vanilla ice cream. It was not creamy at all, I can barely taste the sweetness or the vanilla flavor. On top of that, it seems like the large is smaller now, close to the size of a medium, and it seems to be more expensive than I remembered as well.Not sure if it is just this Wendy’s or franchise-wide but if that’s the case, this may be the last frosty I ever get.
