This restaurant closes at 10pm . I walked in at 8:58P as I watched the hostess whispered to another associate before approaching me. When she got to me she told me that the kitchen closes at 10p to send me away. I traveled quite a distance to give them a review and was immediately turned away. I will never visit again.

The steak and spinach were cold. The chicken Marsala tasted reheated and there were large onions in it.

First time here and not sure where to start -
Server didn't have a clue, Drinks from the bar were forgotten, received the appetizer after dinner arrived, 3 other partys that arrived after me received their food and drinks before we received our drinks. Food was average - maybe it was just a bad day for Russo's.

Went into this restaurant/ bar for the first time !! Bought a slice atmosphere was calming and the people are polite helpful and friendly !!! Oh and the pizza was great !!!! I don’t like to many pizzeria styled pizza but I would go back again and would recommend! Thanks russo’s

Like many others are saying, this place can't fina its identity all of a sudden. We visited tonight, a Wednesday (no excuse for crowds). It took an hour and eleven minutes to get our food in an empty restaurant but packed bar for the Phillies/Mets game. Why the wait for food? The Bar patrons were drunk and not eating? Short staffed in the kitchen? Another thing my husband and I noticed over the past year. This icon has become a foul-mouthed BAR with bad service and bad food. No longer a Restaurant. What a shame.
When we finally received our food, my simple sandwich was burnt to the crisp and had no condiments. It was literally black (see photo) and dry. My husband's Chicken Piccata had these humongous Caper Berries with stems and seeds.
Non edible. The past seven times we've been here, the food is incorrect and recipes have been mixed up. It's odd? But we have been loyal and faithful.....
Unfortunately, after tonight's fiasco..... listening to foul-mouthed drunken men and women at the bar, we will not be back. Hence their continuous employee turnover and loss of their MAIN Customer Base. Good Luck Russo's. Truly!

looks like an old log cabin. portions are huge. we always have a lunch or dinner with the leftovers. food is great. drinks and servers are tops as well.
