07/03/2026. For all my years passing by this place finally had the opportunity trying this place out, I will say it had a different taste too it but thats too be expected. Loved the variety of choices they give and the atmosphere of the place is very open with playing board games they have, so you can enjoy yourself while playing some games.
Whew! The customer service in this place is 100/10. I met the nicest woman today that is an employee. It was my daughter and I first time going. It is extremely clean and the have kid friendly games and really good ice cream. Don't walk. RUN and go
We came all the way from New York to visit Serenity’s Panda Ice Cream and it was 100% worth the trip! The ice cream was absolutely delicious rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and there were so many fun options to choose from.
The customer service was amazing as well. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made the experience even better. The shop itself was clean, cute, and had such a great vibe....
