Ember & Eagle is a special place. The restaurant serves many dishes, including octopus, black sea bass, tuna, qual, beef tartar, wavy beef short rib, salad, and gnocchi. The wine list is impressive. The service is amazing, with staff being kind and attentive. The menu offers many great options, such as pecorino zeppole, tuna carpaccio, filet, tomahawk ribeye, and Parmesan fries with truffle sauce. For dessert, the chocolate pear is a great choice. The ambience and decor are modern and beautiful, making it a great place for gatherings. The food is fresh, unique, and well balanced. The staff, including the waiters and management, provide excellent service from start to finish. Overall, Ember & Eagle is a must-try restaurant that offers a great dining experience. The team is focused on making customers feel special, and the restaurant is definitely worth visiting again.
