Ordered a tray online for a 3:15 pickup. When I picked it up my order wasnt ready, but it had just vome out of yhe oven. It was a 5 minute wait for super fresh pretzels, however, some were cold in the middle still. Staff was pleasant, it wasnt difficult to park because its a small strip mall.

There very friendly, helpful and I'm there very 2 weeks to grab a Cinnamon Rivet Shaker (Which I love alot).

P.S. There Pretzel Dog is also GOOD! I would recommended them.

Had an issue with a different store that cancelled our preorder 15 mins before pick up.

This store was able to help me out last minute and everything was great. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
