I have always bought here and they have given me very good service but today the service was terrible I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and they mixed it with chocolate when I asked them to make it again the only thing they did was throw away a part and put more cream on top and that was a total disaster.

I was here today and was totally ignored. No one said hello or greeted us. I finally spoke to a man who looked like a manager and asked why I’m being ignored. He said well you order down the other end. There is no sign that tells one where to order. This is simple signageAs to being ignored for 7 minutes. There is no excuse. Especially at these prices.

The workers were douchy and I tipped. I had asked about a online order for a co-worker and this lady said i don't know what you're talking about and walked away. It I think it's because I'm not white but it's cool I won't go

Over the past few weeks, I have been ordering my drink and every time something was wrong with the drink. When I went into the store and met the barista, Fefe, and told her that my drink was wrong, she apologized to me, took care of me, and made the drink again without hesitation. I just want to share that she has a good attitude and I liked her accent. I wanted to share this with you as I feel that businesses thrive off of all feedback - both good and bad.

This is the worst Starbucks around.Vanilla sweet cream cold brews are bitter/lacking any vanilla taste about half the time I order from here.Just ordered 2 venti handcrafted drinks and they were only about 50-60% full (see photo- I opened them first thing when I got home and they only look half full). Paying between $6-7 per drink, they shouldn't only be 50-60% full!I only do order-ahead through the app, but this location always looks dirty inside, and they don't even take out the trash in their bin in front of their storefront timely (always overflowing with trash).This location has the best hours in the area, so continued going here out of convenience, but now that I basically just got 1 drink for the price of 2, I'm done. I agree with everyone who posts that they'd give 0 stars if they could.Save yourself the headache and go to the Starbucks in the Target across the street instead.

I pulled up to order and sat there. I waited and waited and nothing. I eventually pulled up to the window and explained that nobody took my order. There was a piece of paper on the screen that was all wet I could not read. I assumed it wasn't working. That's why I drove up to the window. The girl who helped me was kind,but overwhelmed. She asked her manager for help and the manager "Perla" was not only rude to her but nasty to me. The manager began slamming on the register aggressively and telling the girl "she this and she that" referring to me. I told her there was no need to be rude and asked for her name which she refused to give. She walked away leaving her helpless employee there. The employee was nice enough to give me the managers name and apologized. I didn't eat my order or drink my coffee as I could see clearly that my drink was spit in. I left and decided I'd share my disturbing experience here. If Perla is the actual name of the manager I can say this. She is rude to her customers, rude to her staff and if she is in a bad mood don't eat or drink your order.

This starbucks needs some new management asap! We pulled up to the drive through behind a white car and waited 20 minutes to request our pick up order. If I hadn’t paid ahead of time I would have booked it :/ At first I thought it was the white car taking her time with the order but noticed she was waiting for someone to take care of her as well. Cars started pulling up behind us and after a while got impatient, honked and left all upset. When the car in front of us gave up and left without ordering, we pulled up to the ordering tablet and waited 10 more minutes. When no one got us I had to go in and pick up my drinks. Of course they were all half full and looked dirty. (The staff looked awkward and seemed scared of their manager (heavy set lady) who seemed to be giving attitude to not only the employees but also customers).

Went through the drive thru at the Eatontown NJ location, ordered a venti toasted vanilla Oatmilk shaken espresso, and it was so jammed with ice that there was hardly any liquid in it. It usually takes me awhile to finish a venti iced coffee, but this one was over in 2-3 sips. It was truly disappointing, and because it was the drive thru, and I was on my way to a doctors appointment, I couldn’t turn around and fix the problem. So I basically paid for a cup of ice.
