The service is great. The atmosphere is wonderful. I usually just get a Chai latte. I stopped going because the consistent was different, every time I went and then one day the same drink that I’ve been getting for months went up a dollar.
I went through the drive through today, and I must not have been clear when I ordered. When I got to the window I asked if there was any way they could remake my drink the way I actually wanted it and they were so kind to do it. I really appreciate them taking the time to do it when I made a mistake.
Eatontown Starbucks has been a hit or miss for me in the past. I was never a fan of the long lines and just being counted as a number and not a person. But I will say- It has changed! I had ordered my drink in drive thru and it was made incorrectly, I did not want to hold up the line, so I went around and went inside, the barista, Gabby, greeted me immediately, apologized for the wrong order and offered to correct it- which was great and very generous of her.
