The food was great, but the experience was ruined when we went to wash our hands. The restroom looked like something out of a mechanic shop—very dirty, with a sink covered in gunk, and no paper towels available. It immediately raised concerns about what the kitchen might look like, especially since employees are using the same restroom before preparing food. Management really needs to step up and make restroom cleanliness a priority.

Food was amazing as always but the service accommodations were low. I am allergic to specific foods and the server did not let me change the order to accommodate my allergies.
Stated once the order is placed nothing can be done even with allergens, she gave no solution just hung up. Not professional.

Excellent food and especially excellent service. By the time we got there to pick up the food one of the milkshakes was watery so the manager made a new one for us. Very nice touch on their behalf.

Great little burgers. And great shakes. Barbecue Char as a meal is as good as it gets. Even with the fries, I can still go back to work after one of those. Amanda and Jamein are truly friendly and helpful. I love that I can see The Cooks making my burger right there! Lots of seating, inside and outside.

Tlike this place;) their French fries are super good. I ordered original double char without cheese and it was really, really good! My wife had hers with cheese and she liked it a lot, too. Onion rings are excellent as well. I don't understand the other reviews that are not satisfied with this place? - this place is really good and their burgers are super solid! I recommend this place.

Can’t support a business that will throw out a 5 year old autistic child in a wheelchair for inability to wear shoes. Super gross.
I Love habit Burger so much and was happy to hear they had a vegetarian options as well as for me pescatarian (fish only) with the tuna burger and veggie burger. The veggie burger is damn good. I'll be back and then some!

Good burger. A little on the smaller size even as a double, but on the flip side not a messy burger. Shredded Lettuce and tomato and not overly greasy. The bun was toasted and dry not soaking in grease. I'm still partial to a 5 guys burger. The fries are plain with no taste. Ken's sweet honey mustard is good but they charge you $.60 for it. Idk. I don't like buying condiments.

Wow. What a disappointment. We haven’t been here in awhile but it’s certainly not the same quality of food as before. Fries were overdone(so sad, they used to be fabulous) My hamburger was tiny and the bun was overcooked-hard as a rock. The person who took the order was obviously SICK! Gross. Who wants that? No one. Will not be returning. Too bad. Was a nice place once upon a time for a quick but good meal.
