Dunkin'

Nope. Never again. Got 2 iced teas here that tasted and smelled like chemicals. Like they used cleaning fluid to make the tea. I literally had to spit it out never ever ever will I go back to this location and quite honestly i may not go back to a dunkin for a long long time

Girl in the window morning shift should be more nice.. I asked for iced coffee and it came wrong so try to change it and she had an attitude and was really aggressive when she gave back to me it was only 7:30am :( try pay attention to customer

I just came here to say that the girl, girls? Sometimes there is two! who work the drive thru window in the morning deserve a raise. They truly bang out that drive thru. I used to come here every morning for months, I haven't in a while. Came through this morning and not only did she notice my coffee was wrong, she went and made it herself all over again. To say I appreciated that is an understatement. I love her and she deserves the recognition. Thank you for holding that place down cause I swear without you, it would probably be a mess. You're doing such a baller job. Keep it up. And give them girls a damn raise forreal!

I specifically asked for light ice. I said it twice just so they are sure I only want a little. They filled my matcha with 75% ice. It’s more ice than drink. I couldn’t even enjoy it because I was finish in 3 sips for a medium drink. Next time I’m saying 5 piece of ice. I guess I have to be that specific or just ask for cup of ice on the side.

Tried to place an order at the drive-thru this morning,The staff was extremely rude, didn't take my complete order told me to drive to the window. I then asked if I could verify if she had all my items correct, The young lady at the window then crosses her arms and rolls her eyes at that point, I knew it was best to just pull off.

Shakeel and Jarry make my visits very welcome and comfortable. They treat me like family and I do enjoy my chats with them.

coffee is not that hard to make especially when it’s coming out of a machine. I got a medium caramel craze iced latte with almond milk and it’s disgusting I’ll never step foot in that Dunkin again. The girl that took my order she’s a bit slow. She takes her time and this is in the morning if I step in to get a coffee, I’m expecting to be there like five maybe 10 minutes. She turns it into a 15/20 minute situation and all she has to do is put the cup down squirt flavor in it put some ice in it and call it a day , she can’t even do that . And this is the second time, they screwed up the order on Friday and I came back today, which is Monday and it still made the exact same way with the same disgusting aftertaste with the same bitter taste of coffee their serving old coffee stop supporting this place.

Lovely staff that works here. They are hard working and very efficient. Restaurant dining room is clean, atmosphere is relaxed and the bathrooms are clean. I appreciate very much that they get my order(s) right the first time and very quickly. I mean fast, man.

I've had sandwiches and donuts and iced/hot beverages. All made very well. I enjoy Dunkin and these ladies and gentlemen are a great representation of the company name.
