The hispanic lady at the drive thru didnt want to give me a syrup for my Mcgriddle she said thats only for hot cakes. Got real mad that i wanted 1 syrup for my Mcgriddle like she pays for it. Gave me a Face and all. Im hispanic myself so i cant imagine how she treats anyone else

How do you forget the most important food in the meal? fries come with every meal, I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and they never put the fries in the bag. Don’t go here can’t follow simple instructions.

Very bad service, they take a long time to make the food, then they gave me an incomplete order, I told them that I was missing something in my order and then they gave me something I didn't order, I went back to tell them that it was not what I ordered, and while I was waiting I checked and saw that one of the quarter pounders looked like it was missing cooking, I went to ask and one of the workers who prepares the food said that it was normal and that they had cooked it, while I was asking my son started eating his food and when I returned to the table I realized that the meat was raw, and I went back again to complain, and show how the meat was, they ignored me for about 5 or 10 minutes until the person who is serving the fries approached and I showed him how the meat was, he just looked at me and didn't say anything, he went to the kitchen, and I never received an answer, so if you visit this establishment, really check your food so that the same thing doesn't happen to you, if you don't want to have a bad time, find something else to

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s ive ever gone to. They are dirty , very rude, AND slow. Do not recommend and good was stale.
