Recent Reviews
The food is good, but good God, the inconsistency of order accuracy and service is real. Check your order before you leave, it doesn’t matter if it’s on the phone or in person, it’s generally wrong about half the time. This could be a phenomenal place if they had friendlier service and a better ticket writing strategy in place.

Expect that their online presence indicates an update within the last month, the menu was NOT part of that update: they do not make the sun-dried tomato cream cheese any longer. Bagels are well prepared.

Great bagels- here are my recommendations to the owners:
1. Remove the plastic barrier- would feel more inviting to your customers
2. The place needs a deep cleaning. Dust in the vents, on the wires, and the floor needs a steam cleaning to remove the grease.
3. Reduce your drink selection and open that area in the front for additional tables. No one is buying a gallon of OJ from a bagel shop.
4. Put a bell on the door to know when...
