Had dinner on Friday ELVIS was our server. He was so outgoing and professional. His demeanor and personality is top notch, very easy to talk to and navigate through the menu. Definitely ask for him! KEVIN who is a server assistant needs to be a SERVER ASAP. He is so polite and pays attention to every detail without being intrusive. Very attentive and was where he needed to be at all times. I’ve been to Cov twice now, and both experiences were wonderful. I was especially happy to have Josh as my server on both visits. The first time, I didn’t catch his name right away, but I remembered how attentive, friendly, and welcoming he was.

Cov is a restaurant that offers wonderful food in a magical setting, with an atmosphere that is warm, stylish, and inviting. The food is excellent, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with great portion sizes. Highly recommended dishes include Lamb chops, Branzino, Snapper Tacos, Watermelon Salad, Scallops appetizer, Hamachi Tuna, oysters served with a watermelon granita, lobster roll, and steak sandwich. The drinks are tasty, strong, and amazing for the prices, with the old fashion and smoked old fashions served tableside from a crystal decanter mentioned as top notch. The pornstar martini comes complete with a half a passionfruit, and the white peach Aperol spritz is the best. The waitstaff is top notch, attentive, friendly, welcoming, and charmingly personable, contributing to an amazing night. The pier is very pretty and dog friendly, and the waterfront views of NYC are amazing. Guests should be aware that Apple Maps has Cov in a different location than Google, and the automated voicemail system is terrible. Eating outside during the evening can get a little windy, so bringing a jacket is suggested. Overall, Cov provides a great experience and is highly recommended for a date night or just a really good dining experience.
