I wish I could rate the taiyaki but I never received it! They give you a slip of paper with a number written on it, which I thought I lost. When I went back and told them after circling the market because there was a wait, they said someone must have taken our order. Later I found the order slip at the bottom of my bag

Ordered and came to pick up it up later since they have to make it on the spot. They had given our order to someone else, looked at each other, and said that there was nothing they could do. We didn’t get our $10 back either.

Oshinobo is good if you have a hankering for taiyaki. The taste is quite good, but they're fairly thick, it almost seems like two taiyaki cooked together. I had the azuki filling, which is delicious. It's quite comparable to the average taiyaki you'd buy from a street vendor in Japan, the type that have stands outside large stores. It's not quite as crispy and delicious as the taiyaki specialty shops in places like Asakusa and Dotonbori.

Don't sleep on this place just because it's cash only and it takes a minute to prepare.Oishi desu yo!

been coming here for years and whenever in Mitsuwa, and although they also have some ice creams our go-to is usually their 6pcs cream custards.all these years, their taiyakis have remained consistent with texture and flavors. Once in a while they have new flavors like chocolate and matcha but otherwise the originals are their red bean (fish shape) and creamyakis (round ones). I find the red bean heavy and filling so I usually stick to the cream taiyakis.there is usually a wait since they make it fresh but good things are always worth the wait. well for me at least lolat year 2023 they are still cash only so make sure you have them at hand.

A good place for anyone with a craving for freshly made taiyaki/Oubanyaki. Oishinbo is located in the Mitsuwa Marketplace right next to the food court. At Oishinbo, you can either order Taiyaki or Oubanyaki in a set or individually. We ordered a set of six which in my opinion is the way to go. The taiyaki are very large and doughy, and the flavor of the red bean filling is sweet but not too sweet. The store was manned by two employees, who were quick in preparing my order. Price wise, these taiyaki are not cheap at a few dollars a piece, but they are also not expensive. Note, they only accept cash for payment. Oishinbo sticks to a traditional Japanese treat without adding too many bells and whistles, but there taiyaki are nonetheless very satisfying.

Don’t buy it When it’s busy hours coz they’ll give you uncooked ones

Good oban-yaki. But it will take a while (30 min).

The taiyaki is one of my favorite desserts. They make it fresh. The outside of the taiyaki has a nice crust. Slightly toasted but not crunchy. The inside is filled with red bean paste that is slightly sweet. The wait is around 20 minutes. It takes a while because it's freshly made.

I love the bean fish shaped desserts here. They are just the right taste of sweetness not too sweet .I been coming here since 1997. They only take cash here so have a few bucks to pay .
