I stumbled upon this delightful mom and pop bakery tucked away inside the supermarket, and it was truly a hidden gem. The quest to find it was worth every moment, as their fresh bread and pastries left a lasting .the quality of their baked goods exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be a regular customer when I am in the area!

Melon Pan is my favorite ?

Better Food Better Mood

The Melon Pan with the chocolate chips, the Peach Danish, and Curry Bread were just alright, I wouldn’t buy it again though. I would recommend going for the sliced breads. I usually get the Danish Pullman and make French Toast with that, it’s pretty tasty.

The Matcha cream Croissant is good but the melon bun isn’t as good as I thought even though i was rec from the staff. The caramel pudding top layer is bitter to me other than that. I like how creamy it is.

Ughhhh this place is soo good! The giant eclairs and the giant cream puff are always great treats after a busy grocery trip!

Conveniently located inside Mitsuwa we frequent this bakery for their sliced Bologna, milk bread and the matcha cornets! The sliced Bologa is actually soft in the center despite its burnt look. Its a little dense and buttery. The milk breads are soft and buttery - Perfect pair with a cup of coffee when warmed at home. The matcha cornets are just sooo good! Its is light and flaky with the perfect amount of sweetness to the matcha cream filling. I always enjoy these.Just recently I got their butter rolls for home.Havent tried them yet but im hoping they’re good!

They have the best chocolate cheesecake I have ever had. It wasn't unbearably sweet or rich; it was just right - phenomenal.

I LOVE this bakery. They have phenomenal giant cream puffs, creme brûlée (my personal favorite), donuts, a variety of cakes, and savory breads with cheese and meat. Everyone is so kind and hardworking, this is one of my favorite bakeries ⭐️

The cornets - cream and matcha is to die for!! I had one there and had to go back to buy more to bring back home. A must if you are visiting Edgewater, NJ. Just note they only accept credit card (at least at the time of my visit). No cash. Sadly no pictures since I ate it all! Lol

I bought four breads from here and they were all so good!!! Definitely recommend this place if you want a soft, subtlety sweet bread!! There's also more savory breads too and those were super good as well. Their cakes look amazing but sadly I didn't get to try any of them.

A very delicious bakery located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace. We always get something before venturing back home. Their peach Danish and Matcha Cornet are to die for. The peach danish has a nice flaky and crunchy crust. I would say even better than that of the flakiness of a Cronut. The cornet has a good amount of creamy matcha filling in a soft and fluffy crust. Both are grab items so get them and go.
