I just left the restaurant and wanted to write my review instantly. How disappointing. I came here for my birthday dinner and the server manny was awful. I’m not sure if he didn’t take care of us well because we were younger (mid 30s) compared to the other clientele. But I ordered a glass of wine with dinner and it never came. Then after we had our food boxed he said the wine is coming. I said forget it. Also took quite some time to get bread when asked as well as a Diet Coke When he dropped the check he didn’t even look at us. Basic customer service and so easy to drop a check and say thanks have a good night. He literally did not even look at us. Did not care at all. I can understand if he felt overwhelmed or had too many tables and didn’t know how to prioritize. But then you use your voice and you say something or ask for help. So disappointing and not a fun dining experience, especially on your birthday.

Family dinner here. Service was just a little bit on the slow side and the food was potentially off. The caprese salad was really good as was the stuffed mushrooms. Grandma's meatballs were good as was the veal francese. Cannolis were also great.

This is my first time here and I chose one of the special they suggested. It wasn't really what I was expecting and honestly didn't like it. I'm not going to say that it was bad, It just wasn't really what I wanted. I had a few bites and then asked to give it back. Unfortunately, they still charged me for it even though I was very polite and explained the situation. I guess where come from people don't charge you when you order something that you don't like, I expected more from this place.

Where to begin? First off, this joint DOES NOT buy back any drinks, and what's more perverse is that they CHARGE the customer for carbonated water (bear in mind I ordered wine and Martinis with meal). It's obvious the guy running this joint is a moron (I understand he's the nepotistic son of the brains behind the operation, long retired). Nobody likes the way this doofus runs his restaurant, which is why he has no customers. My best guess that is why the owner has no clue how to treat the few customers he has. Bon appetit!
