Bunch of clowns running this place. Saw me standing in front of the store reading the menu for a few minutes. Asked for a loco moco at 1:59 and they said they don’t serve any past 2? You’re a food court stall, not a Michelin starred facility. Way better options all around

Food was absolutely horrible and took forever to come out. Not to mention the staff was texting with the gloves they use to make the food. Instead of working they are loafing. Never wasting my time or money here again.

Somethings up with the weird creature girl that worked here on 8/20. Never seen someone so miserable in a while.

Don't order their Soggy Fries! $4.00 for about 20pcs of fries, paper container is only 1/4 full.

Amazing food, huge serving for the price. Quick service, no complaints. It's inside of Mitsuwa.

Very bed. Nothing similar to food on display. We ordered large dish shrimp and squid noodles, and there were 2 shrimps and 2 tiny pieces of squid. Doesn’t worth even dollar

We got the egg omelette with fried chicken. It’s 4 pieces of karaage on top of a Japanese omelette over rice. It’s served with what I think was a cup of miso. Or something similar. The chicken was pretty good. It’s dark meat. The omelet was good too. Overall it was a bit bland, but much preferable to too much salt. I’d get it again. We snagged a spot by the window so we got to eat with a view of the skyline, but it’s busy so don’t count on it

If you’re heading to Mitsuwa, make sure to carve out some time to try Tokyo Hanten. We had the Teriyaki Hamburger with rice—it’s a solid meal, and for the price, you really get good value.

I tried it a few years ago and remember the meat being a bit better back then, but it’s still a tasty and satisfying option. Worth checking out if you’re in the food court!

Excellent value for item #30, you get two giant patties, fried rice and soup for $15.99. Service is fast and presentable for fast-food. The karaage was superb as well.

THE NOODLES HERE ARE NOT EDIBLE!
Ordered noodle from this place, and got something that’s harder than the raw instant noodle. The noodles are so hard and dry, and when I give it back, the cashier cannot even break it with her hands.
One of the cashier was nice and reasonable enough to offer to take it back and give a refund, the other one cashier, totally not making sense, yells at her: why you agree to take it back?

Totally unbelievable

I always get the Hamburg steak with gyoza. It always comes out fast and it has a great flavor. The portion is also very good for the price. Staff is always efficient as well.

Food poisoning from eating here (we had the dry noodles and the hamburger steak) — definitely using in fresh ingredients. Would not recommend
