Boba made from real tea, slow cooked tapioca, and water views of Manhattan from the window. We have been here a number of times and the drinks are highly consistent and great quality. The staff is also great with extra questions and special dietary needs. A yummy treat for all!
I want a little bit more oatmilk (+$1) because i dont like to drink my ice latte strong and they said that is how they make the drink. Look how dark and strong my ice latte is. So disappointed.
I’ve tried a few things from Ümacha now and they’ve all been solid.
The Donchan: My personal favorite. The brown sugar and cheese cream is a must-try.
Strawberry Matcha Latte: Tastes as good as it looks.
Latte: Simple but really smooth.
It’s hard to find a place that does both the heavy drinks (like the Donchan) and the lighter teas (like the Cheese Cream Jasmine) this well. 5 stars!
Where has this shop been all my life!? It’s officially me and my friends go to place lol. The ambiance is perfect, and excuse me there are so many choices. My personal fav is the strawberry matcha latte. Huge thanks to the staff too, they were so patient while I took forever to order. Im sorry!
I recently visited this milk tea shop, and it quickly became one of my new favorites. The place has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for hanging out with friends or getting some quiet time. The staff are friendly and quick to assist, and they really know their menu well.
I tried their signature milk tea, and it was spot-on: smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too strong. The pearls were freshly cooked and chewy, which is always a big plus. They also offer a great selection of flavors, from classic choices to unique blends, so there’s something for everyone.
Pricing is reasonable for the quality, and the service was fast even during busy hours. Overall, it’s a great spot for milk tea lovers. Definitely worth coming back for another cup!
Wonderful shop and delicious food!
Love Umacha.
I had a jasmine tea with lychee jelly less ice, quartered sweetness. It was so good.
Milk teas were so good as well.
Large menu selection!
Lovely location and menu, but they didn’t allow my elderly mother to use the restroom, claiming it was for employees only. I’ve seen other customers allowed to use the restroom at this location in the past.
Very good flavorful bubble tea well priced. Much better than the fake sugary bubble tea in mitsuwa.
I got the mango lemonade with no sugar and it was sweet and sour and had a bright refreshing taste. I loved the star jelly, it was firm and chewy and fruity.

I love this place it's the best. Everything I've ever tried here has been amazing.
I've loved everything I've ever gotten here. Honestly best bubble tea I've had in NYC and NJ.
Was in are and saw bubble tea. Never has before. Walked in very friendly employee explained to me the concept of their drinks. I decided to get the lemonade with mango stars. Was amazing
Lovely tea store by Mitsuwa market. It’s quite small. Only a few tables and seats available. Must people do take out.
Lots options for regular tea, milk tea, fruit tea etc. I got Ceylon black tea. Rich tea flavor. But it’s more on the bitter taste side. I probably will try something else next time.
The staff are friendly. Lots of customers in the afternoon. It took some time for the drinks to come out. Overall a good tea spot.
