Wow, I can't believe during all my visits to Mitsuwa I have never tried this place in the food court! I ordered the beef udon that comes with an onsen egg (nikutameten udon) on their touchscreen tablet. I wandered around the food court and supermarket as I waited for my food to be prepared before my number was called.
All I can say is wow! The flavor of the soup was so simple but also slightly sweet, I'm not sure what exactly the flavor was but it was so good. One order was definitely filling enough. A few beef slices with lots of grated yam or radish on the side. The udon noodles also tasted quite fresh as it didn't have an alkaline taste to it.
My brother got the chicken cutlet curry rice and it was a quite a generous portion. The curry spice tasted just mild to me so not spicy at all. The chicken cutlet was crispy outside and tender on the inside.
