The cooks need to learn the basics of cooking short or medium grain rice. Lately, it's always mushy or clumped together. Yes, Japanese rice is supposed to be sticky, I'm not disputing that. But the individual grains still need proper separation from each other. I suspect they're using too much water in the liquid to rice ratio. This might sound anecdotal but I don't remember it being like this years ago. Anyway, service and cashiers are great as always!

I ordered a pork cutlet bowl. The pork was covered with eggs, and it was not crispy. The pork was so sweet that I had to trash it. I really think they can't cook Japanese food the right and only way. The rice was not Japanese rice.

Food is ok. Not bad but not amazing. We only ate here because we got here a few minutes late and Sentouka Ramen next door was closed. It filled the belly and I was satisfied to a degree.

$5 for one Microwave bao is just outrageous. Other food items quality also low.

I recently came here with my family and got a bao bun. I got the char shui and it was so good! Fluffy and sweet. My brother has gotten other meals from here and he enjoys it. Service is quick and food is great! He also got yam fries and he said they were good!

Wheelchair accessibility: Bit tight to maneuver but doable

While I already ate moments ago, I felt I should eat something here since I am rarely ever here.I had the pork cutlet curry. All the flavor is in the curry. The pork cutlet is crispy. That's a cold slices egg. I like eggs. Overall, I liked the experience. One side of the seating area has big windows giving a great view outside.

My parents always get the pork cutlet bowl, prices are reasonable. However their vegetarian/vegan options are lacking. The udon soup contains fish. Tried the red bean steamed bun, it wasn't steamed thoroughly so the inside and parts of the bun were still hard. Tried the purple yam fries, wasn't even crunchy or hot. Tried their vegetable curry. It was just steamed vegetables with curry sauce on the side. Disappointing for me as a vegetarian.

If you order in and want to take it to-go, it’s not an option anymore since providing a basic commodity such as a “to-go” container costs too much for them

I’m a serial noodle eater and I have to say… the beef udon 10/10 so good. I’ve been to many ramen houses and noodleHouses and I have never had anything like this before. I got the beef udon. The flavor was so strong it’s was very beefy you can tell the elements in the noodle had a purpose. They have Very nice workers and I wish they had a spot like this in myArea . The best I ever had . And it’s cheap too- the average noodle bowl is $13-20 while I only Paid 11 for this. Great prices great food great workers !I’d come here again 10/10
