I can't pass by without having a plain, buttered pretzel with a Pina Colada (non-alcoholic) frosted ice beverage...a real treat! Opportunity for improvement here is service. At times employees appear to still be in training, need more training , or not focused on basic customer service (i.e. greet the customer, make eye contact, smile, take the order, repeat the order, present the order and say "thank you"). If Auntie Anne places a complete "Training Team"...

Usually crowded and very slow service . Takes 15 mins in the queue .. and most of the times they have the same pretzel, the ones that they can’t sell much :) hardly have jalapeno or almond …. My kids like the mango drink though. Perfect mall food.. average and expensive.

A fast food chain specializing in all things pretzel. They offer unique combinations such as hot dog with a pretzel bun, pizza pretzel and several others. Service is relatively quick.
