I ordered boneless chicken with spicy garlic and cheesling sauce and the quality overall is very good. It was crispy and fried in fresh clean oil. When I asked the worker for more raddish, she welcomely gave me an extra and asked if I needed anything else. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a Korean- style bbq chicken restaurant.

Our experience at this place was a total disaster. Despite preordering three sets of 10-piece chicken for 1:30pm, we received a text saying our food was ready at 1:00pm, completely disregarding our requested pickup time. When we tried to explain this over the phone, the Korean lady responded with a disrespectful and sarcastic attitude, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. She offered a refund but my mom refused because of the bad taste in our mouth after that horrific conversation. She then rudely proceeds to hang up the phone on us.But the nightmare didn't end there. When we arrived to pick up our order and expressed our dissatisfaction with the service, my mom left the exact amount on the counter, a $50 bill, only to be accused by the lady and another man of not paying as we were leaving.As if that wasn't enough, when we got home, we discovered they hadn't even given us the full order. They shorted us two pieces of chicken. It's infuriating and completely unacceptable to be treated this way. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They clearly have no respect for their customers and cannot be trusted to provide a decent service. And I’m not surprised to see past reviews stating the same issues/experiences as us.

Such a disappointment. This was the first time we've been to the H-Mart Edison location. The wings were TINY! They were the size of the head of our fork. Not only are the wings 1/3 of the size of other Korean Fried Chicken places in the area, but there was no crunch. Barely any batter. And because the wings were so tiny, the meat was dry! We had both bone-in and boneless. The boneless was stringy in texture from being dry. The flavors of the sauces were also not as good as we've had at other BB.Q Chicken locations, other than the Cheesling; that one still tasted good flavor-wise. If you want good Korean Fried Chicken, I recommend going to Boom Boom chicken in the same plaza or drive a little further down to Seoul Fried Chicken if you want more sauce options.

This location was recommended by my colleague who grew up in the area. I love Korean Fried chicken and with the many sauces they offer I was very exited to give them a try. We chose four different 5 drumstick flavors; spicy galbi, spicy Caribbean, secret sauce and garlic. First, let me say this is a lot of food! Also, I was not expecting the drums stick to be so substantial/massive. Depending on your appetite 5 drumsticks pieces maybe enough. My colleague and I ordered 20 total drumsticks! We were staving and the order was too much...we polished it off but with some effort. Spicy Galbi: For me galbi isn't one flavor...this is me saying that it was very good. Caribbean spicy: their take on "jerk chicken" very good and flavorful take. Secret sauce: whatever the secret of this sauce is...to me it was unimpressive. Garlic: If you love Garlic like me this is amazing...they must marinate the drumstick in garlic for days because it's in every nook and cranny of the chicken meat. Seriously, a vampire would die standing next to you after eating this! Very very good! Every bite of chicken was amazing so why I'm not giving them 5stars? Ultimately I wanted crunchy and super crispy fried-chicken which I didn't get...there is no option to have the sauces on the side...and the sauces while good impedes crunchy chicken. Clearly their priority is the sauce and not the crispy part.

I am still trying to figure out what my favorite flavor is. I have tried two so far. I hoping to replace this place with my need to go to Boom Boom Chicken. This place is clearly fresher than BBC and you can taste the difference in quality. They are about the same price but the wings here are bigger. They don't affect my stomach. I did have a small issue when order the first time. I will they ket you try the sauce so you can know what you will like or put details on the menu to hell us decide. Also, I forgot to order rice and she demanded I pay for the rice in cash which I did not have...so I left without rice. At BBC you get rice or radishes with your food even if the quality is less. I am not sure if the rice here is a better quality but it taste fresher.
Hot fresh delicious honey garlic wings. Best Korean wings I ever tasted. Extra crispy and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Person who works here should fix her attitude towards the customer. She told me I can not do half&half flavor for the 10 pieces boneless, so I asked how many pieces do I have to get for half and half flavor, did not want to answer me, pointing at the menu and saying “It says on the menu”.I was trying to figure it out, could not find out where it says at first, told her I can not find it, she just stared at me with blunt face like I am stupid until I find out where it says. Finally food came out like this, cheese flavor mixed with soy garlic. Waste of my money and time.

The employee taking orders at the counter was incredibly rude and looked unconcerned.My girlfriend asked about a certain item and was told "It's on the menu" and just pointed upwards.Basic customer service is to just inform the customer anyway even if its on the board. The chicken itself was extremely dry as well.Save your money and spend it elsewhere.Definitely do not recommend.
