Jeong’s Noodle Edison 정현영 짬뽕 serves Korean-Chinese dishes. The food is great, which is the only reason people go. The regular jjajangmyeon comes out in less than 5 minutes with extremely generous portions; the noodles are perfectly chewy and the sauce is savory with a little bit of sweetness, with lots of pieces of meat and tender veggies. The jjampong is worth a visit; it is filled with seafood and veggies, and the seafood flavor is noticeable without being too spicy. The tangsuyuk is perfectly fried with all cornstarch batter. However, food takes forever so be ready to wait. Customers are nickel and dimed for everything, with very few napkins and a charge of $1 each for to go containers. The restaurant does not have forks. For a warm winter meal, the jjampong is recommended.
