This was my first time at Benihana and I was a little disappointed. It was a normal hibachi experience, the cook did not interact with the table at all. And the food was very bland. I left disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and every time, my drinks and food have never disappointed. Ive had the please of being served by Abimael both at the bar and at a table and his drinks and service are always on point. Ask him for a cosmo! He makes them exactly the same every time :). Very attentive, polite and overall gives excellent service.

I went to Benihana's in Edison 2x in the last 2 wks. Once for a birthday lunch & dinner. Food is always fresh & delicious. Didn't like that the dinner didn't come with fried vegetable rice but it came with lunch. $7 extra. I had the filet mignon & chicken hibachi. The guy does a nice lil fire show. Dinner cost us over $100 for 2 ppl w/o drinks or an appetizer.
