I ordered a custom sheet cake for my daughter’s birthday and the store did a great job. We had a design and swapped one of the flavors out from their originals. The additional costs were very reasonable and the cake looked great! We live a bit far so I couldn’t come in person to order it but was able to communicate with the owner via email and phone. We were super happy with it and would definitely order from them again.

We got my bf’s daughter a 16th birthday cake @ Carvel today, and Jacob, the well mannered teenage Carvel guy, lol, helped us out. We asked him to write Keira’s 16th, as this minion cake doesn’t fit much, and he did such an incredible job! His steady hand and immaculate writing, enhanced the look of the cake, and we are truly grateful! In a time when many teenagers have soft quit their jobs, and just exist to earn their money, he truly shows up, is there for it, and seems to genuinely happily want to serve those who come in, with a genuine heartfelt smile. Wish I saw more of this honestly, but thank you for hiring this guy, he embodies great work ethic. Jacob, keep it up please ?and thank you ?

My first time at a Carvel. This location is in a plaza with a lot of businesses such a dollar tree, supermarket and etc so there's free and convenient parking. There was a line when we came in on a Sunday evening but it moved along at a decent pace. The staff allowed me to try a flavor I was interested in and we also were able to find seating inside to finish our treat. The desk were a little dirty but I see it's a small location with only 2 staff behind the counter so that would affect the cleanliness. Overall I'd come back to try their other flavors.

The current batch of workers that were there when I was were inattentive and lack proper customer service skills. if you're going to make your customers wait 15 minutes with a long line behind us since you guys are busy with doordash orders and other tasks, then at least clarify that you will be with us soon. give acknowledgement. other than that, prices are way too much here.
Carvel ice cream is always good. Very friendly service. Very limited seating (1 table and counter space).
