For a hotel, it certainly was refreshing. Traveling a lot you don't always get the best food selection.

With that said, the crispy Brussels sprouts, OH-EM-GEE. Hear me out. They were the best thing I think I've eaten...in well, ever. It wasn't just the whole Brussels sprout itself, it was mostly the outer skins that was coated in seasonings, oil, and crispy. They were SO GOOD!

After driving 500+ miles to get here, I wasn’t in the mood to go out to dinner. I’d read the other reviews and was ready for what I was promised to be an awful experience. \n\nWill this restaurant be getting a Michelin star? No, but I have been in far worse believe me. Diego is a fantastic bartender and server. He makes some beautiful drinks worth checking out! The food is great too. The char on the broccoli with the steak is just enough to be joyful. Thanks, Diego for the great service!
