Order my salad and asked for extra dressing and didn’t get anything. The bad part is I noticed till I got home. I had my baby with me so I couldn’t actually go through my whole meal. When I called all they said was “we’re about to close so you can’t come and get your dressing”. Worst customer service.

Pretty dismal as far as Chick-fil-A is concerned. Got a salad with a cold fillet. My fillet was warm, not cut, and the ingredients on my salad were wrong… they were too busy to try and fix it tho. And it wasn’t a huge deal anyway, but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a wrong order at any Chick-fil-A ever. First for everything I guess.

It's not busy since all the students went back to school, got through quickly at 5pm.Chicken sandwich was good but it wasn't hot they remade it so that was nice. Fries were good and they have the best Milkshakes. Staff was friendly as

Staff has gone through constant changes over the years but feels like despite getting tons of business they are overwhelmed and understaffed resulting in delays with getting everyone situated even up to this point. The food still remains good but this location could be way better with a management leader taking the right approaches in handling things professionally

The workers were rude. They held my kids meal hostage because "I WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND." When I was standing off to the side for a moment fixing my shoelace... instead of just placing it to the side of the pick up counter, I HAD TO stand and wait for all the remaining customers to clear about 10, before they would attend to me and even acknowledge me.

The food was fresh and came out fast. Melonie greeted me and took my order. She was very nice and very attentive to every guest waiting. I have been to this location before and always have the best experience when Melonie is my cashier. She always makes my day better. She is a real Chick Fil a worker.

Everything you would expect from a Chic-fil-A--friendly service, quick output, and high quality chicken. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and was not at all disappointed. There's plenty of seating in the food court, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, unlike a lot of the stand alone locations, this food court location doesn't get terribly busy (I was there at lunchtime on a Saturday--peak mall traffic!).There was a slight hiccup with the order. They forgot our drinks and the cashier almost threw away my gift card with $23 on it because she thought there was only 23 cents (yikes!). But all crises were averted.

What kind of chic fil a doesn't have cheese sauce ruined my whole mean would not recommend this location drove an hour and 15 mins for no cheese sauce

Horrible service. Management needs to step up. Busy Saturday and you got one kid getting all the orders together. All the other kids standing around doing nothing. 4 kids just standing playing with their fingers and filling drinks up. I come here for fast food not to stand for 40 mins and wait for my order to be ready just to get a cold chicken sandwhich and cold nuggets for my children. Horrible…..
