Menlo Park Mall has survived for 60 years or so and remains popular, and Chick-fil-A might be the most popular spot in the mall food court. Always friendly service, clean front end, and high quality chicken sandwiches and nuggets, plus wraps and salads too. I prefer the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and an ice tea. They pour your drink right away so you have something as you wait, which usually isn't long. A good spot. Recommended.

I never had anything from them before, always went to Popeyes. Now I know why I always seen long lines at the drive through. It was very good, it was fresh, it was hot. I enjoyed it. The people who worked there were very nice and helpful.

Stopped by at this location for some holiday shopping. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Malayla stood out with her great, friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
