I booked a room through expedia. I canceled 4 days before my booking and still was charged a cancelation fee. Expedia been trying to reach the hotel manager so I could get refunded but the manager never answer the phone.

Both my boyfriend and I agreed the room was IMMACULATELY CLEAN and the layout of the room was good . Location was close to us and staff members were kind and professional-- even the cleaning lady gave a warm smile and a warm hello . Had total peace and quiet and was able to relax and rest . Beds were super comfortable and clean and I'm very particular when it comes to bedding and comfort. I slept like a spoiled child ?. We both agreed we will definitely return and he doesn't really make statements like this unless it's actually very obvious so I was really happy to hear him say that. Only thing I wished they had in the rooms was a mini fridge but that is the least. Parking area was good. They had a bar on the lobby area we stated we wish we took advantage of but we were busy and tired . Overall, a great experience, professionalism, ease to check in and out, beds were great size and super comfortable and clean, professional and friendly staff and good parking location. What more can you ask for . We both were happy customers and left happy we made a good choice choosing Crown PlazaRooms: Immaculately clean and bedding was super comfortable and clean . Convenient layout of room and a relax atmosphere where you can get good rest and relaxation

We got into town extremely late (around 1:30am). We thought we’d be awake enough to drive back home but we definitely were not. I rang them and they were extremely nice and got us our reservation in and at a good rate too. The rooms were nice and clean. The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. There was a continental breakfast but unfortunately, we were running out the door at 8am. If I am ever back around this area this would be my first choice!

The hotel is really lovely. The people working at the front desk are very polite. There seems to be plenty of parking. There is a gym here and a lounge with a restaurant. The rooms are oversized And the windows open so you can get a little fresh air.

It looks like robbing stuff by housekeeping that customers leave behind in the room forgetfully is a common practice in this hotel.This is something that happened to us today after we checked out of the hotel . It came our realization that my husband forgot his jacket in the room’s closet and I called the hotel immediately mentioning the same . The receptionist informed me to call back in the next 20 minutes after talking to the housekeeping manager regarding the same . When I call back , I am told the manager is yet to go check the room . I was then promised a call back by the hotel in 15 minutes this time . To my surprise, nobody called back in 15 minutes. I call in again the third time and we hear the same response. This continued for the fourth time and then , annoyed with this behavior by the hotel staff, I try in again the fifth time and I am told the jacket isn’t in the room after housekeeping searched through.What annoyed us the most was that though we were promised several times with a call back by the hotel , no one called to keep us updated . Second, where did the jacket go while we were a 100% sure that it is in the room inside the closet neatly hung on a hanger ?Honestly, there is someone in housekeeping who’s been stealing stuff people leave behind and the hotel simply says we don’t have your stuff here.Simply put- Everything that happened to us with a hospitality brand like Crowne Plaza was something that was never expected.

Stayed for over a week while helping a family member move. The staff at the hotel are terrific! They really made us feel at home during our extended stay, and they were friendly and helpful in every encounter from check-in to check-out. The room was very nice-- spacious, attractive, and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we appreciated having a Keurig, refrigerator, sofa, and desk in the room. All were well utilized during our long stay. We also loved that there was a lounge area on our floor with a microwave and a few dining tables. This was super convenient when we were eating take out. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the made-to-order omelettes were terrific. Honestly, I think these were the best veggie omelettes I've had. On top of that, the servers in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. Zulema in particular has the best memory of any server I've encountered. After just one breakfast, she remembered our drink preferences and asked if we wanted the same choice of omelettes we had the day before. Astonishing! Breakfast was also enjoyable because the restaurant area of the hotel is quite lovely, so it was a treat to sit and look at the attractive surroundings. The hotel gym was small but serviceable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Unfortunately when staying at this hotel, after the room was cleaned, my eyeglasses went “missing” from the bathroom (they were outside of the case). I believe whoever cleaned my room accidentally broke my glasses and did not report it. The glasses were not cheap. Given the hotel policy states they aren’t responsible for guests items, no one could or would help me. I would have went through with filing a police report but live out of state and needed to return home. This is a clear indication they don’t have a trustworthy cleaning staff. Lock your items up or take them with you when leaving your room. Best case (which I should have done), is defer cleaning until after you leave. I won’t stay here again. No stars for service.Safety: Your items aren’t safe here
