Ease of returns, inventory availability, and professionalism of MOST employees. HOWEVER, I've noticed many of the younger employees tend to stand around and chat - or looking dumbfounded as to what they are supposed to be doing. . .
This place literally has no right being this good. The workers have always been so uninterested and it really adds to the whole mall capitalist aesthetic, and so it's really unexpected for the coffee to be genuinely good. My boyfriend and I always pick up a cup when we pass by. We go to a lot of coffee shops, and we always begrudgingly admit the mall coffee is just somehow better, and we always use it to measure up against new coffee shops we go to.
