I've ordered takeout from Hot Space Edison several times, and the food has always been consistently delicious. One of my favorite dishes is the fish with the spicy sauce. The fish is always fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly, and the sauce is packed with flavor with just the right amount of heat. Absolutely loved this place! The garlic crayfish was incredibly flavorful, with a rich, savory garlic sauce that soaked perfectly into every bite. The spicy tofu grilled fish was also amazing — bold, fragrant, and packed with layers of mala spice, tender fish, silky tofu, lotus root, and fresh cilantro on top.
