Honestly, have been coming here for over a year and the quality of everything has declined significantly.
Unfortunately yesterday was our last straw .. we came to have a simple dinner ordered Bistek a lo Pobre, Sopa y una papa la huancaina .. everything was good until we checked our receipt and there was a huge discrepancy .. the Papa La Huancaina on the menu showed a price of $9 .. (typically this already is at a high price but we went for it either way.)
Once we were ready to pay we saw that the charge for the Papa la Huancaina was at $15 .. mind you this is a simple potato and sauce appetizer .. no meat, no poultry - just boiled potato. I immediately showed the waiter the price and he mentioned “that is what’s on the menu” pulled open a menu and what did he see to his surprise - the price at $9 , then opens another menus checks the price and it was scratched off, then a third menu which the price was at $10 , another one with the cost being $13 - wasn’t able to find the menu that showed the price of $15 .. then continued to say “well this is the price and the system knows it” .. COOL but the clients don’t therefore you are over charging $4-6 per each client ..
He proceeded to say well I’m sorry I’m new here i can’t do anything, due to another situation earlier that year (a waiter got aggressive and loud in front of a full restaurant towards me) I had the owners number and said I will call him directly .. no answer .. texted and still no answer ..

Horrible service. I called to make reservations and a guy answered my call and accepted it. I arrived on time and the front desk lady claimed they were waiting for the table to clear it should be “15 minutes”. My family and I waited over 40 minutes in the rain and that table was still getting food served. No sense of urgency from the staff part more like they could care less. Tables also let us know they had been waiting for food for over an hour. Don’t recommend.

I placed an order here for 3 meals , an extra side of aji sauce, and 2 cans of soda They sent my order missing a lot of items and when i called back to tell them about their mistake the girl (cielo) said she cant give me the rest of my order because she wasn’t sure what happened to my order. I offered to come pick up the rest of my food but she said there is nothing she can do.
I paid almost 65 dollars and only got one meal with a small side of sauce. Basically i paid them more than 40 dollars for items i didn’t even get. The customer service is absolutely horrible.

New years eve dinner scheduled at 11AM for 7PM delivery via uber eats. 715 eta shoots to 730 then 745. First, uber driver waited 20 minutes and left... I called the restaurant for a third time and told them that the drivers kept leaving because they were taking so long. Finally had to cancel and scramble for a last minute meal on the holiday.

I mean we were really looking forward to our grubhub order. Especially we had an entire family of 10 waiting for their food. To the disappointment of receiving no salad, no sauces, no potatoes…. Just a complete disappointment on their ordering staff.
