We arrived to a moderately busy hour and were greeted fine, with an estimated 15-minute wait for a table, which was accurate. While waiting, I noticed a staff member wiping leftovers from a table onto the floor without sweeping, leaving bits of food scattered all over the floor, which give me negative first impression on the restaurant .
Once seated, it took nearly an hour from ordering to when our food arrived. Service was mixed, the host who greeted us was friendly and helpful, but another server seemed snob.
The food was decent overall. The beef pho was just average, but the grilled pork stood out with excellent flavor and is worth ordering. Dessert was fine, not remarkable.
Overall, a few dishes shine, but the slow service and cleanliness issues make me unlikely to return.

We ordered food from them for pickup. The bag had the full order written on the tag but only half the dishes were missing. When we found out and called, they refused to refund.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m vegetarian and have both a pork and shellfish allergy. Earlier this week I ordered for pick-up a supposed completely vegetarian meal and was reassured multiple times that the food was vegetarian. I ordered items from their already limited selection and all items had a combination of either shrimp, pork, and chicken. On top of that, the noodles were spoiled and smelled disgusting. Not only was I exposed to dangerous allergens, I immediately had an allergic reaction and was throwing up for an entire night. This place should be ashamed of themselves. This is the most basic food safety issue. If they can’t get this right I can’t imagine what else they get wrong that others don’t see.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. On a Wednesday night, I waited over 45 minutes for my pho to come out, and when it finally arrived, the noodles were cold, clumped together, and broke apart as I tried to separate them. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected.

We liked their Pho. Clear not too oily. Lots of greens and meat. Pork BBQ charred and glazed. Staff were attentive. Parking can be though on Friday and Saturday nights.

Such a lovely experience! The food was so fresh and full of flavor. I had the grilled chicken with rice — perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. I also tried the fresh avocado rice rolls, and they were light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so vibrant and authentic. I’ll definitely be coming back

The good: quick service, good portions, food tastes pretty good
Why only 2 stars? I ordered online for pickup and I couldn’t make any modifications. My meal was ruined when I took my first bite of the banh mi and ate some jalapeño - left my lips and mouth burning for the rest of the meal which I hate the feeling of. It didn’t have a spicy indicator on their menu so it wasn’t something I was expecting.
Also ordered their papaya salad which didn’t say it would have peanuts - something we’re sensitive to.
Tried calling to inquire beforehand but it goes straight to a busy tone. I noticed some dishes allow for removal of ingredients online but not the ones I just mentioned.
This was my first time trying them and I don’t know if I’d like to gamble on them again unless their service improves.

The food is good and we eat there very often, the review is for the artificial wait line when the restaurant is not full and many table is available. Bad experience for customers. Hope management sees this review and addresses this issue and we will come back soon.

Overall terrible experience. There was no order to the check-in process. People were skipping the line at the door to give their name. When our pho came an hour after ordering, it was the sorriest excuse for tendon and oxtail I’ve ever seen. I can’t speak for their lunch service, but I highly advise to avoid Wednesday dinner during their special promotion time. It’s absolute chaos.

The food was good. The place is BYOB. I liked that the waitress didn’t rush us to leave. I really like the Ube coffee. Would go back. They give discounts if you pay with cash.

food is just ok, even below average. If you are not living in Edison, this place does not worth driving there. Don’t be fooled by xiaohongshu.
