dude in ponytail either hates his job or hates his customers, or possibly both. Unless he's the owner's son, it's insane how he's able to still keep his job.

We recently had a birthday celebration at this location for 44 attendees.
Coordinating for this event with one of the owner Ryan and his staff were amazing from the start to the end.
Throughout the event, our guests frequently praised about the food. In addition, the environment is friendly and the staff catered our needs.
We totally enjoyed the event.
Thank you for hosting us.

As a viet I was happy to see my bo ne dish come with pate and authentic or close to authentic viet bread. Brought me back home. Thank you.

Have been here a couple of times, and Lua never disappoints. I have tried the Pho, the pork over rice, and one of the signature dishes (sizzling steak), and all taste great with decent portions for the price.

One of the only Vietnamese restaurant that serves Bún Chả Hà Nội. Big portion and well made dish.
Tried Xôi Chiên appetizer for the first time. A unique combination with raw salmon; however, it is slightly overpriced for the amount.

Got the P2 today with northern chicken, but was given all bones to suck on.

I love Vietnamese food but was so not authentic. All the ingredients mentioned in the rice paper steam roll were outside the roll, it was like having rice paper with salad on side. The fried rolls for extremely oily and pho not tasty at all. Bad bad experience

Great food, but slow service. I was bummed the $10 Wednesday special was suspended for the holidays, especially since it wasn't crowded. At $16, I expected a bit more noodles meat/food in the bowl.
The pho itself is delicious and the staff is very kind, but they are clearly short-staffed. Two people running the whole floor means a long wait for everything. Come for the flavor, but bring your patience!

Extremely cold inside feels like you’re still outside. Food and service was great just wish there was a comfortable place to sit. Will definitely be trying again hopefully during the warmer season!

Pho and bhan mi were just average. Have had much better at small mom and pop restaurants. The vibe is ok, but really not worth it if you're in the mood for really good food.

The food was okay. The pricing was pricey for mid food. I was more upset at the service I received. I will definitely never be coming back. My friends and I sat around and waited for our waiter and he just never came back after he took our order. I watched him be on his phone and just having conversations with his coworkers while we waited for the check and to go box. It’s actually so crazy that no one bothered to check on us to see if we needed anything, not even once. If you want mid pricey food with bad service, this is the place. They want to be high end but their service is no where near it.
Only reason we even got the check and to go box was because I had to ask for it when someone walked by and he even then the staff looked confused.
