This is a truly authentic Fuzhou snack spot. Their *banmian* (tossed noodles) is the real deal—genuine Fuzhou-style noodles. It’s the kind of *banmian* that only someone from Fuzhou could make. It’s even more authentic than what you’d find in New York.
Wow wow wow this place is so Chinese
Upon walking in the laoban talked to us for like 10 mins about how the pork was specialized from a facility in Maryland to get the same taste as Chinese pork by bloodletting
Anyways the sesame noodles were really great and the meat was good wonderfully flavored
The weird soup with pork balls was great too and kinda tasted like Chinese pork but maybe it was placebo

Came here on New Year’s and the place did not disappoint. The fish ball is freshly made every day - the umami and fresh taste is so hard to find. I bought another pound of the fish balls for to go!
